Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior product designer to shape how AI operates within a journey management platform used by large enterprises. The role sits on the Intelligence team, defining the human–AI relationship and treating trust, control, and ambiguity as core craft.

You will drive AI-powered experiences, design the human–AI collaboration model, specify trust moments, prototype boldly, and collaborate with product, engineering, and research to ship value.

Qualifications

• Senior product designer with a portfolio showing judgment on ambiguous, 0→1 problems.
• Fluency with AI-first design processes, including hands‑on prototyping with modern generative models.
• Proactive ideation style: identifying important problems independently and bringing a clear point of view.
• Strong prototyping instincts and comfort with early direction and quick revisions.
• Systems thinking: define new interaction patterns and assess consequences.
• Experience designing for B2B or complex software; familiarity with customer journeys or service design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for AI-powered experiences, turning ambiguous problems into concrete bets with prototypes.
• Design the human–AI collaboration model, balancing user control and system initiative as confidence grows.
• Define trust and control moments (review, steering, approval, reversal) in enterprise workflows.
• Originate new interaction patterns for expressing intent and receiving reliable AI results.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research to translate capabilities into shipped value.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for reusable AI patterns across the product.
