Job summary

ADP is seeking a Product Enablement Lead to orchestrate a program and pilot launches for Lyric Global HCM solutions, coordinating readiness, adoption, and training across associates and clients. You will manage multi‑domain projects with stakeholders, applying structured methodologies to deliver on time and within budget.

You will work with Product Management to plan organizational readiness against the roadmap, report progress to leadership, and continuously improve enablement processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading medium to large cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Program and projects with cross-functional teams to drive readiness and change management for feature adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align readiness against the product roadmap and coordinate cross-domain projects.
• Provide program/project reporting and presentations to all levels of the organization.
