Lyric is seeking a Forward Deployed Engagement Lead to own hands-on, technical delivery of complex supply chain analytics implementations. This senior, customer-facing role runs a defined statement of work from kickoff to go-live with program-management discipline.

The ideal candidate is T-shaped across strategy, analytics, and technology, with exceptional program management and executive presence to thrive in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Lyric's platform, hands-on.
• Lead modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across functional and technical teams.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore partners.
• Surface insights to inform Lyric's product roadmap and delivery best practices.
