Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the System Integrator program for Lyric HCM, aligning partnerships with sales growth and delivery milestones. You will define strategies, manage SI relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Strategy, and Lyric HCM business owners to drive initiatives.

This role requires PM discipline, executive communication, and a track record in large‑scale transformation.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in project and process management in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience managing large project teams of 10‑20 associates cross‑functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with large-scale transformation efforts and change management.
• Ability to create reports and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Defining program objectives and cross‑functional planning.
• Managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality across multiple teams.
• Building relationships with sponsors, product managers and subcontractors.
• Publishing comprehensive project plans and status updates to executives.
• Ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and client satisfaction.
