Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Forward Deployed Engagement Lead to own hands-on delivery of complex supply chain analytics implementations. This senior, customer-facing role runs a defined statement of work with program-management discipline from kickoff through go-live and adoption.

The ideal candidate is T-shaped, with strong program management, governance, and hands-on technical delivery across strategy, analytics, and technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or analytics delivery.
• Hands-on with technical delivery—configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases (optimization, prediction, simulation).
• Proven experience leading global project teams and enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong executive presence and clear, credible communication at all levels.
• Track record running UAT and change management that drives adoption.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs.
• Define engagement governance with steering committees and program cadences.
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Lyric’s platform, hands-on.
• Lead modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders for scalable implementations.
• Lead structured UAT and drive adoption across business units.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore partners.
