Job summary

ADP Lyric HCM is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategic Planning in Alpharetta, GA to drive strategic initiatives across the Lyric HCM ecosystem.

You will partner with the VP and senior leaders to prepare compelling communications and proposals that support client success and business growth. You will oversee diverse initiatives, coordinate senior-level meetings, and help translate strategy into actionable plans while balancing budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in a related management capacity in a high-performance service/operational environment.
• Executive presence and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and business proposals for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with SLT to determine and prioritize business strategies.
• Track and measure progress toward growth initiatives across ADP Lyric HCM.
