Lyric Channel Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts

ADP is hiring a Lyric Channel Sales Manager to grow new market share for our cloud‑based Human Resources solutions to large prospects (1,000 or more employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day, working collaboratively on a team dedicated to unparalleled partnership and unwavering relationships with our clients and prospects.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours – work independently and collaboratively to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
• Plan and Report to Achieve Success – develop an annual business plan, determine sales and activity goals, compile account plans, and maintain a current prospective business report.
• Market – Conduct Market Research – build prospective client sources using various communication mediums, sales automation tools, and market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate Daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation ranges from USD $56,100.00 to USD $121,500.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
