Job summary

Pacvue Corporation is seeking a senior Enablement professional to own onboarding and continuous enablement for EMEA. You will design and deliver onboarding paths for new hires, create role-specific programs, and manage end-to-end logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training in SaaS.
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts independently.
• Collaborative, capable of working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Proactive with ownership of programs and milestone-driven reviews.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA, focusing on customer-facing roles first.
• Independently design role-specific onboarding paths for each function across EMEA, with regional leads consulted.
• Own onboarding logistics, schedules end-to-end, and track new hire ramp progress.
• Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve onboarding content and pacing.
• Own the EMEA enablement content library end-to-end, build, maintain and evolve content.
• Represent EMEA needs to US-based Product Enablement, localizing training for EMEA.
• Maintain a central library of enablement materials for EMEA.
• Identify knowledge gaps via input from Sales and Customer-facing teams and plan future training.
