Job summary

Stoke Space is seeking a Product Enablement Lead for Boltline to create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, tutorials, and training materials that help customers adopt and implement Boltline in engineering and manufacturing environments. You will translate complex capabilities into practical guides and workflows, gather user feedback, and drive knowledge sharing across product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, or knowledge base content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Boltline product documentation, including how‑to guides and implementation resources.
• Create customer education materials such as tutorials, onboarding guides, workflows, and use cases.
• Design and deliver Boltline training sessions for customers, including virtual and on-site workshops.
• Build and manage an AI-enabled product knowledge and learning experience to accelerate adoption while protecting IP.
• Translate engineering workflows into clear product usage guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to reflect product capabilities in docs.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and feature requests to inform the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the Boltline knowledge base as the product evolves.
