Job summary

Group is seeking a Knowledge Engineer to shape our product knowledge across Kraken for customers and Noa for doctors. You will define structure, labels, and metadata, ensuring every fact has a traceable source.

The role requires strong technical writing, GitHub fluency, and the ability to coordinate with cross-market teams. You will read code in GitHub to understand rules, then translate them into clear outputs and scalable knowledge workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering or knowledge management.
• Strong comfort with Git and GitHub, ability to read code and extract rules.
• Experience designing content structures with labels and metadata.
• Ability to guide experts to review facts quickly and accurately.
• Professional English, written and spoken; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and keep the structure for the product knowledge across systems.
• Set quality standards with sources and traceability for every fact.
• Unify content structures for multiple assistants (Kraken/Noa).
• Work in GitHub to extract knowledge from code and translate into output.
• Create working guides, examples, and training to scale adoption.
