Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications
• Extensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and analytics
• Proven ability to influence discovery, ideation, requirements, and value management
• Experience driving AI/ML-powered products to production with Data Science/ML Eng
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate metrics into roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, and growth targets
• Leads lifecycle management from planning to delivery
• Mentors the product team on discovery, market research, prototyping, and adoption strategies
• Owns product performance and investments to achieve business objectives
• Collaborates with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business partners across a matrixed org
• Frames hypotheses and runs experiments to validate impact and raise the bar across the team
• Defines and tracks KPIs for engagement, quality, cost, risk, and reliability
• Ensures responsible AI and data practices across the portfolio
