Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads end-to-end product lifecycle with continuous adaptation and new product methodologies.
• Mentors the product team on best practices including research, storyboarding, prototyping, and product adoption strategies.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to meet objectives.
• Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
• Hands-on collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers across model lifecycle.
• Frames hypotheses and runs experiments to validate impact and raise the bar.
• Defines and tracks KPIs for engagement, quality, cost, risk, and outcomes.
• Aligns with partners on contracts, SLAs, and guardrails for safe delivery.
• Drives responsible AI and data practices with Risk, Privacy, and Compliance.
