Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Director for Personalization & Customer Insights to own the vision and strategy for AI-powered intelligence products.

You will lead product managers, set direction, and collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business partners to deliver measurable impact across surfaces. You will drive a multi-year roadmap, mentor the team, and ensure responsible data practices while aligning with Risk, Privacy, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products or technology applications.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Strong data literacy; translate metrics into roadmaps.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with SQL/Python for problem framing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
• Coaches the product team on discovery, ideation, and delivery
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to meet objectives
• Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities for differentiation
• Work hands-on with Data Scientists and ML Engineers on model lifecycle
• Frame hypotheses and run experiments like A/B tests to validate impact
• Define and track product KPIs for engagement, cost, risk, and reliability
• Align with partners on contracts, SLAs, and guardrails for safe delivery
• Ensure responsible AI and data practices across the portfolio
• Drive execution across a matrixed organization and present to executives
