Job summary

Welspun USA is seeking a Product Development (PD) coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support across the development and sampling processes. You will coordinate timelines, maintain documentation, and communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will monitor calendars, track milestones and TNA, and collaborate with design, marketing, packaging, and overseas offices to ensure accurate specs and complete development records throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor development calendar and WIP reports to support Market Week development by tracking samples and development status.
• Track timelines, milestones, and Time & Action (TNA) to meet technical pack deadlines in support of production schedules.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, packaging, brand and overseas offices.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, records and development documentation.
• Maintain records of submits, Sample Evaluation Forms, and development samples while monitoring revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and packaging to develop coordinated colors, patterns, material concepts and sample execution.
• Conduct market and comparative shopping to support market intelligence for India and other teams when needed.
