Job summary

Executive Talent Solutions in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an NPD Coordinator to help manage the entire new product development process. You'll support contracts, specs, templates and schedules, and liaise with international suppliers.

You'll work with a 10-person NPD team of designers, art directors, writers and managers in a fast-paced, in-house setting with travel for international supplier meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in creative and collaborative environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NPD Manager to coordinate artist contracts.
• Help develop product specifications, templates and schedules.
• Assist in selecting and communicating with dozens of international suppliers.
• Support the team to solve big and small challenges across projects.
