Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a PD Sample Coordinator to manage end-to-end product development samples with merchants and vendors.

You will track PP/TOP samples, tag items, and keep descriptions in the system while ensuring timely delivery and clear feedback loops for quality issues. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product development, sample management or related field.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PLM or sample tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample flow and communication across merchants, vendors and internal teams.
• Track PP and TOP samples and ensure on-time delivery to the office.
• Enter product descriptions and maintain accurate sample inventory in systems.
• Maintain records of sample status, delivery dates and approvals for analysis.
• Lead weekly meetings with merchants to review samples and quality notes.
