Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a PD Sample Coordinator to work directly with merchants to manage the end-to-end product development sample process. You will ensure timely delivery, accurate tracking, and thorough review while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include tracking PP and TOP samples, tagging items, maintaining inventory, and communicating feedback to vendors. The role involves collaboration across departments and a hands-on, in-office work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product development, sample management, or related experience.
• BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track PP and TOP samples with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Tag samples and enter product descriptions to maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep samples accessible for reference.
• Share sample status and feedback with vendors to ensure clear communication.
• Review sample inventory reports to purge outdated samples.
