Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support product development and supply chain activities in New York. You will work closely with the Product Manager to refine assortments and strategies for customers and the company, while coordinating with overseas offices to track development progress.

You’ll manage samples, update costing sheets and catalogs in Excel, liaise with the design team on dielines, and assist in market research and business recaps under the Head of

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager to deliver product assortments and strategies.
• Daily follow ups with overseas offices/suppliers to organize, track and maintain status of each product through development phases.
• Manage samples including requesting samples from vendors, maintaining sample tracking, and coordinating handoffs to Manager.
• Assist in creating/updating costing sheets for projects as directed by manager.
• Update master sheets, catalogs, and quotes; maintain Production Manager charts and folders in Excel.
• Coordinate with design team to ensure suppliers send packaging dielines.
• Prepare presentations for meetings in conjunction with Product Manager, including ordering supplies and merchandising showroom.
• Assist in market research with competitive shops and analyses.
• Complete business recaps with direction from the Head of Production.
• Understand the product line to make positions easily understandable.
