Job summary

Vacation Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Product Development to own the master timelines for the NPD portfolio, coordinating with Product Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, and Operations, as well as external partners.

You will run the Product Council cadence, manage regulatory and testing milestones, and drive go/no-go decisions while building scalable launch processes across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years project management experience in product development within skincare, cosmetics or consumer packaged goods.
• Real, working understanding of OTC product development including FDA monograph requirements and regulatory timelines.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-workstream launches from concept to shelf with ownership of timelines.
• Strong organizational instincts and proactive communication; ability to escalate appropriately.
• Fluency in Asana plus Excel/Sheets and leadership readouts.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage master timelines for the NPD portfolio from concept through regulatory clearance and production handoff.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Product Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, and Operations.
• Run the Product Council cadence and drive go/no-go and prioritization decisions.
• Monitor vendor and lab milestones and ensure dates are met by internal and external teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies and present options with clear recommendations.
