Job summary

Shape Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team through product realization, from concept to launch, ensuring customer satisfaction and production readiness.

The role interfaces with customers and internal stakeholders to drive on-time delivery and robust PPAP submissions. Responsibilities include scope management, budgeting, milestone tracking, and facilitating PRP/PCR/ECN processes across multiple engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a project/process/manufacturing management role.
• BS in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the program scope with the company and suppliers.
• Summarize and report status to teammates, suppliers, customers, and management.
• Initiate and manage programs through the product realization process and ECN/PCR changes.
• Use the open issues matrix with risk mitigation plans.
• Develop and manage the program budget and update management.
• Drive program timing with internal milestones (design reviews, tooling, gate reviews).
• Lead multiple engineering teams to meet TS16494, APQP, and AIAG requirements.
• Support strategic plans and communicate with stakeholders as required.
• Lead DVP&R, DFMEA, PFMEA development meetings.
• Mentor and evaluate direct reports and back-ups as needed.
