Job summary

Consumer Connection, Inc. is seeking a Product Development & Commercialization Manager to own new product initiatives from concept through commercialization and launch.

You will help build the playbooks, timelines, and stage-gate processes that bring structure to innovation. This hands-on role requires independent project driving and developing scalable NPD infrastructure for continued growth in a dynamic food/CPG environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in food/CPG product development, commercialization, or innovation.
• Experience taking products from concept through launch.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Highly organized, hands-on, and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Develop and implement NPD processes, timelines, tools, and stage gates.
• Coordinate product trials, testing, specifications, costing, and commercialization activities.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while ensuring strong execution and communication.
• Help establish a scalable, repeatable product development process for future growth.
