Job summary

Vacation Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Product Development to lead the master timelines for the NPD portfolio, spanning new formulas, renovations, and displays, with coordination across Product Development, Product Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will own the Product Council cadence, manage vendor and lab milestones, and navigate the complexities of OTC drug category launches while driving process improvements and clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years project management experience in product development within skincare, cosmetics or consumer packaged goods.
• Real, working understanding of OTC product development, including FDA monograph requirements and regulatory timelines.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-workstream launches from concept to shelf.
• Sharp organizational instincts: build the system before you need it.
• Strong stakeholder management across Formulator, Packaging vendor, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage master timelines for the NPD portfolio from concept through regulatory clearance and production handoff.
• Serve as day-to-day cross-functional partner to Product Development and related teams.
• Run the Product Council cadence and drive go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor vendor and lab milestones and ensure committed dates are met.
• Elevate risks/dependencies and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain a single source of truth for launch status, budgets, and approvals.
