Job summary

Ralliant, in collaboration with Tektronix, seeks a New Product Development Manager to lead International NPD initiatives. You will drive manufacturing strategy, readiness, risk mitigation, and cross-functional execution from concept through ramp.

You will influence executive stakeholders, manage global teams, and accelerate product commercialization while optimizing costs and timelines. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• 3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, or program/project management on complex products.
• Demonstrated success launching technically complex products into production.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional Operations teams on NPD programs.
• Represent Operations on NPD core teams and relay strategy to management.
• Coordinate development of manufacturing, test, and materials plans, mitigating risks.
• Develop product cost estimates with engineering and materials teams.
• Ensure tooling and test equipment capacity supports ramp and production.
• Lead teams through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Drive operational excellence to improve NPI execution.
• Establish scalable processes and best practices for faster launches.
