Job summary

Vacation Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Product Development to shepherd the NPD portfolio from concept to shelf, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product Development, Regulatory, QA, Packaging, and Procurement.

You will own timelines, drive Product Council decisions, and manage vendor milestones to ensure on-time launches of OTC products. You will lead process improvements, maintain the single source of truth for launches, and partner with Finance and Marketing to align on timing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5-7 years PM experience in skincare/cosmetics/CPG.
• Experience managing OTC product development with FDA monograph knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering multi-workstream launches from concept to shelf.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own master timelines across the NPD portfolio from concept to production handoff.
• Act as day-to-day cross-functional partner to Product Development and related teams.
• Lead Product Council cadence; set agenda and drive go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor vendor milestones, testing, and packaging timelines; ensure dates are met.
• Flag risks early and present options with clear recommendations.
• Maintain the launch status tracker with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with Regulatory and Quality on FDA/OTC milestones.
• Align product launches with retailer dates and packaging lead times.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on inventory and scheduling.
• Run scenario analyses to anticipate delays and contingencies.
• Improve launch processes with templates and stage gates.
