Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Product Development Project Coordinator to provide essential project management support for product launches and ongoing enhancements. The role focuses on accurate communication of product details and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines.

You will help manage calendars, sample distribution, and data maintenance while collaborating with the Director of Product Development and Sales Leadership to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years of related experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports product development projects, including schedules, sample management, and quality reviews.
• Maintains product calendars, promo books, and launch data across systems.
• Communicates time-sensitive information to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
