Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Product Development to establish and lead a comprehensive program management framework for guest experiences across onboard operations and destinations. This on-site Miami role will build tools, dashboards, and governance to drive cross-functional alignment, budgeting, and successful project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Development, Design, Project Management, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in program management, product development, project delivery, or related field.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in hospitality, travel, entertainment, or dynamic industries preferred.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
PMP or other recognized project management certification preferred.
Experience developing program management tools, processes, dashboards, or governance frameworks from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive program management framework to support cross-functional product development initiatives.
Build and maintain project management tools, processes, and reporting systems from the ground up.
Evaluate and recommend digital program management platforms to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
Establish standardized processes for project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, ownership, approvals, milestones, and success metrics.
Develop financial models to track budget baselines, funding milestones, expenditures, and key performance indicators.
Oversee program timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple departments and workstreams, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor program performance and support data-driven decisions.
Identify project risks, resource constraints, and operational challenges, recommending practical solutions to maintain progress.
Support initiatives throughout the full product development lifecycle, including concept development, operational validation, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
