Role Snapshot

TalentoHC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a leading global hospitality and entertainment organization in the development and execution of innovative guest experiences. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management, physical product development, hospitality concepts, newbuild projects, renovations, or refurbishments.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with financial oversight, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to establish processes, manage complex timelines, and bring new concepts to life.

This is a non-digital product development role, focused on physical guest experiences, hospitality environments, entertainment spaces, and the transformation of existing venues.

About the Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing new guest experiences from initial concept through development, execution, and operational launch.

Projects may include developing new restaurant and dining concepts, introducing entertainment experiences, refurbishing existing venues, or transforming physical spaces for new uses.

You will work closely with creative, operational, financial, design, and technical teams to ensure that projects are properly planned, budgeted, coordinated, and successfully delivered.

This position requires a hands-on project management professional who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, establish project management frameworks and reporting tools, and drive accountability across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex product development projects from initial concept through planning, execution, implementation, and operational launch.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, resource allocation, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Support the development of new hospitality concepts, dining experiences, entertainment venues, attractions, and guest-facing environments.
  • Oversee projects involving new developments, renovations, refurbishments, and the transformation or repurposing of existing spaces.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, operations, finance, and technical teams to evaluate project feasibility and execution requirements.
  • Partner with finance teams to develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and ensure cost accountability.
  • Establish and implement project management frameworks, standardized processes, governance structures, and reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, budget trackers, executive presentations, and performance reports.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to establish responsibilities, align priorities, monitor progress, and resolve project challenges.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and project partners, ensuring deliverables align with established timelines and budgets.
  • Identify project risks, operational challenges, and resource constraints while developing practical solutions to maintain progress.
  • Coordinate the transition of new concepts and projects from development through operational readiness and implementation.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates regarding project performance, financial status, milestones, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, financial records, and centralized collaboration platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvements in project management processes, communication, and overall execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, product development, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Product Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Experience with physical product development, hospitality concepts, newbuild projects, renovations, refurbishments, or guest experience initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Background in the cruise, hospitality, entertainment, attractions, restaurants, resorts, or leisure industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and project execution.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects from initial concept through implementation and operational launch.
  • Experience establishing or improving project management processes, reporting tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and preparing financial reports.

  • Experience collaborating with creative, design, construction, operational, and finance teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex project information clearly.
