Porter is seeking an Experience Program Manager to design and deliver a culture and community experience program across locations. This role will stand upExperience Management as a standalone, revenue-generating product line, including direct-to-end-user services, reporting to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate has a builder mentality, capable of starting a new function from scratch and writing the playbook as you go, with 8-10+ years in hospitality or experience management and strong

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in hospitality, private club management, or experience/brand program management.
• Private club background strongly preferred.
• Track record building or scaling a service line with real P&L accountability.
• Experience building experiences for corporate clients or end users.
• Direct experience managing community, events, or cultural programming teams.
• Experience running a client facing service offering with defined pricing and delivery standards.
• Experience managing embedded, on site teams across multiple locations.
• Comfortable owning a budget and reporting performance to executive leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own community programming at asset and end user level; set strategy portfolio-wide.
• Build and run Porter produced events as a product; create repeatable formats.
• Own workplace experience management; define day-to-day service standards.
• Develop and manage activation partnerships; source and manage brand/vendors.
• Develop and manage 'perks' partnerships; build portfolio-wide perks program.
• Build a partner network for VIP and concierge experiences across the portfolio.
• Manage a team of activation and sales personnel; hire and set performance standards.
• Program PnL accountability; own budget and revenue targets; report to the Managing Director.
