Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Program Manager, Product Development to create and maintain a new planning and program management system supporting the guest experience onboard and at destinations.

You will partner with Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Entertainment and Marine Operations to align stakeholders, track milestones, and deliver on-time, on-budget initiatives. Hybrid Miami-based role requiring travel < 25%.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in product, business management, design, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; PM Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience in product/design/hospitality or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a planning and program management system for guest experience onboard and in destinations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Entertainment, Housekeeping, Onboard Revenue, Marine Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery within budget; build dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding, vendor setup, contracting, and budget tracking; document and communicate product requirements to shipboard leadership.
• Create and maintain key metric databases to support project decision making; identify risks and implement practical solutions.
