The role requires leading program governance, creating dashboards, and providing executive updates while ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in product, business management, design, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience in product-related domains.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a complex, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a brand-new planning and program management system.
• Track milestones, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and shipboard communications.
