Job summary

US Engine Valve is seeking a Program Manager to oversee NPD programs and budgets, leading Integrated Program Teams to deliver on technical, schedule, cost, and quality goals. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, contract management, and robust program governance across all launch phases.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex interface with customers and internal business units to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing lifecycle financials for large programs and projects.
• RAA for each project scope delivery with schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Ability to lead IPT and coach teams toward issue resolution and performance improvement.
• Strong communication of status, risks, and contractual commitments internally and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Program Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction and lifecycle financial performance.
• Oversee program budgets, contracts, pricing, and change management.
• Coordinate PM reviews, publish metrics and reports, and ensure standard PM processes.
• Maintain program metrics for quality, technical performance, and delivery through PRO Launch phases.
• Provide periodic program updates to stakeholders and develop new business proposals.
