Job summary

Princess Cruises in South Florida seeks a Project Manager to support the VP of Entertainment by driving strategic priorities, coordinating initiatives, and delivering polished executive materials. The role requires routing complex information to senior leaders and coordinating across HR, Hotel Operations, Finance, and other teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management or senior support roles, with strong written and verbal communication, and a PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, strategic operations, or senior leadership support.
• Proven ability to build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks for VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current view of Entertainment Department initiatives and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Translate objectives into action plans with timelines and ownership.
• Identify execution gaps and support course corrections with VP and leaders.
• Prepare summaries and briefings for VP and senior leadership.
