Job summary

Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to drive development, commercialization, and Line Extension (PILE) initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage product development processes, maintain stage-gate documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful launches and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, engineering, PM, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, processes, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with product development, commercialization, or project management environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to meet milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and records.
• Track project costs and coordinate with Accounting/Finance as required.
• Support successful product launches by ensuring commercialization requirements are completed.
