Job summary

Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate new product development and certification projects. This role requires collaboration across Engineering, Production, Quality, and Sales to ensure timely deliveries and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will manage project plans, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and drive continuous improvement within the Stage-Gate process. A Bachelor's degree and project management experience in a manufacturing environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain effective communication.
• Experience with new product development and certification projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product development and certification projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules across multiple teams.
• Facilitate meetings and resolve project issues requiring collaboration.
