Pridgeon and Clay seeks a Project Manager to lead successful product launches per company policy and customer requirements. You will drive APQP/PPAP processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage budgets across tooling and COGS to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (Business preferred) and project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet on-time completion.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project).

Responsibilities

• Initiate and track project budgets and tooling expenses.
• Monitor Cost of Goods Sold and capital expenditure.
• Lead APQP tasks and PPAP submissions.
• Coordinate customer meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure on-time milestone achievement and action item closure.
• Maintain APQP documents and organize project folders.
