Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a dynamic Manager, Project Management – New Product Development (NPD) to lead enterprise NPD execution across platforms. You will manage a team of Project Managers and drive disciplined execution from concept through launch.

You will collaborate with NPD, SBM, DtV, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve portfolio visibility, accelerate innovation, and deliver customer value through standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, product development, engineering, industrial products, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex New Product Development, R&D, value-engineering, or product-lifecycle initiatives from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of phase-gate or stage-gate product-development processes, project governance, integrated scheduling, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global application of Flowserve’s NPD frameworks across platforms and functions.
• Establish enterprise-level project governance and reporting standards.
• Own NPD budget reporting and executive-level portfolio reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
