Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a dynamic Manager, Project Management - New Product Development (NPD) to lead a global PMO and drive disciplined execution of complex NPD programs from concept through launch. The role partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to optimize portfolio performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project management, product development, engineering, industrial products, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex New Product Development, R&D, value-engineering, or product-lifecycle initiatives from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead global NPD governance and ensure disciplined execution of NPD initiatives.
• Own NPD budget reporting, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-complete visibility.
• Build and lead a cross-functional PMO, govern process improvements and tools adoption.
• Develop portfolio reporting for executives highlighting performance trends and risks.
• Champion risk management and resolve cross-functional execution barriers.
