Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced project leader to manage the planning and execution of new products and improvements. You’ll focus on cost, timelines, resource allocation, and quality as you guide cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle.

With 8+ years in engineering and deep knowledge of injection/blow molding, you will drive budgets, maintain stakeholder communications, and mentor teams. Travel up to 50% is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; packaging discipline preferred
• 8+ years of experience working with injection and blow molding equipment, tooling, and processing
• Travel 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-profile projects simultaneously across accounts; allocate resources and manage budgets.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form to coordinate project activities.
• Develop and implement resource plans to ensure proper allocation for successful project completion.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interpret data from processes to guide decisions and project direction.
