Amcor is seeking a senior technical leader to drive customer-focused programs and profitable growth across markets. You’ll mentor teams, influence decisions, and apply advanced materials knowledge to design solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve challenges, share knowledge, and advance Amcor's technical acumen while ensuring rigorous stage-gate processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; PhD or graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of technical leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering platform solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence market positions through design choices and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs to provide customer solutions while growing profitability.
• Lead stage-gate processes and mentor junior professionals across markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality on challenges and capital projects.
• Document work and contribute to external presentations and IP protection.
