Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; packaging discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with injection and blow molding equipment, tooling, and processing.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-profile projects simultaneously across accounts.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering projects and coordinate across disciplines.
• Develop and implement resource plans to ensure proper resource allocation for projects.
• Manage internal and external customers and communicate effectively.
• Understand SPC and quality practices to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Lead a team of individuals not directly reporting to you and set direction.
• Develop and manage project budgets and track capital/expense budgets.
• Adapt to a procedure-based organization while driving improvements and engagement.
