Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Product Leader to drive the development and execution of short and long-term strategies for assigned product lines, ensuring profitability and strategic fit across existing and new business. You will oversee onboarding, transitions, and SKU rationalization while collaborating with segment leaders and the wider organization.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in product management, pricing, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver growth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related field.
• Preferred 5-7 years experience in Product Management and/or Sales.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment for profitability and to retailer-specific scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line; roadmap for growth and profitability.
• Provide product assortment and pricing direction for new opportunities.
• Assess strategic investment plans with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership for top target growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to onboard new business and SKU rationalization.
• Manage pricing strategies and monitor channel conflict.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve margins.
