Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in engineering, have 3+ years of relevant experience, and can work independently while communicating clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid technical aptitude and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to design and development of new products and processes from concept to commercial manufacturing.
• Review, approve engineering drawings, layouts, changes orders and specifications.
• Plan and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work within a major project.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure design and process improvements meet requirements.
