Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Plymouth, MN seeks a Process Development Engineer III to advance medical device manufacturing processes. You will lead technical workstreams, contribute to process development for new products, and collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, and R&D to ensure compliant, robust processes.

The role requires a engineering degree and 5–8 years in medical device manufacturing, with hands-on experience in cleanroom assembly and multiple fabrication methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of engineering experience in medical device manufacturing or process development.
• Working knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes, especially cleanroom assembly.
• Experience with laser welding, resistance welding, injection molding, silicone molding, or sterile packaging.
• Understanding of Design Controls and product development processes.
• Experience executing process characterization and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, root cause analysis, 5-Why, and Fishbone Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge to support process development, manufacturing, and product realization.
• Execute projects with moderate scope under guidance and manage workstreams independently.
• Lead selected projects as primary technical lead for limited to moderate complexity.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of technical work.
