Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking an Engineer III to apply engineering knowledge to support process development, manufacturing, and product realization activities. This role leads selected projects and ensures quality compliance while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical device environment.

You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs to meet project objectives, optimize processes, and ensure safety and efficiency across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process characterization and validation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead under supervision on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support process development, manufacturing, and product realization activities.
• Execute engineering assignments with project guidance and manage workstreams.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
