Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Product Development Engineer II to lead engineering efforts from concept through commercial manufacturing. The role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure design integrity, process capability, and quality compliance across cardio, neuromodulation, and rhythm management projects.

You will evaluate products, materials and processes, develop tooling and test plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Integer’s manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to contribute to technical projects.
• Understanding of Integer Quality Management System and required documentation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and processes from concept to manufacturing.
• Review drawings, layouts, change orders and specifications.
• Plan processes, evaluate capability, modify tooling and design tooling.
• Plan, schedule and execute engineering work on major projects or smaller scopes.
• Conduct failure analysis and inspection of products, processes, and materials.
• Apply standard data analysis to establish root cause for failures or improvements.
• Collaborate with others and share information to support development.
• Uphold Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
