Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an Engineer III to support process development, manufacturing, and product realization for medical devices. The role involves leading workstreams, applying data-driven methods, and ensuring compliance with QMS and FDA requirements.

You will collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of engineering experience in medical device manufacturing, process development, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Experience with one or more manufacturing processes: laser welding, resistance welding, injection molding, silicone molding, or sterile packaging.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge to support process development, manufacturing, and product realization activities.
• Execute engineering projects and manage assigned workstreams and deliverables.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Investigate manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
