Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support production operations and improve processes across existing lines. You will develop and implement equipment solutions to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost while creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate designs for manufacturability and lead small to medium projects, employing standard QMS practices and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• At least three years of relevant experience; 7+ years may be considered for more senior levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations and act as the primary technical resource for production lines.
• Develop, implement, and optimize process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documents, BOMs, routers, work instructions, and MES configurations.
• Lead equipment qualification and process validation tasks and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Apply data analysis to identify root causes of product/process failures and drive improvements.
