Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II in the United States (New York area) to support production operations and drive process and equipment improvements. The role emphasizes quality, safety, delivery, and cost, with collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

You will develop and qualify processes, maintain manufacturing documents, and lead equipment qualification and validation activities while working in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 7+ years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical aptitude with the ability to contribute to technical projects.
• Familiarity with Integer Quality Management System documentation and QA tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing production operations as the primary technical resource for production lines.
• Develop, detail, and implement process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documents, IIoT systems, MES configurations, and related drawings/BOMs.
• Lead equipment qualification and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate manufacturability and cost reductions.
• Identify and disposition non-conforming products; implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive improvements.
