Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an engineer to execute general and advanced engineering tasks within the medical device industry. The role focuses on meeting customer expectations while following QMS, FDA regulations, and company policies.

You will work independently with occasional guidance, review procedures, and contribute to product and process improvements through data analysis and root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; or 7+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
• Solid technical aptitude and knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer's Quality Management System (QMS) and safety requirements
• Review procedures and plans prior to implementation; evaluate existing products and processes for improvements
• Plan, schedule and execute engineering work on projects of moderate complexity
• Apply data analysis to establish root causes for product and process failures and improvements
• Collaborate with others to exchange information and support development of engineers
• Champion Manufacturing Excellence and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives
