U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Designer to support the evolution of nCino and Moody's CreditLens portfolios, bridging business stakeholders with technology teams to streamline commercial lending workflows.

You will gather requirements, define future-state processes, and deliver scalable solutions across platforms, working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive value and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience in product design and ownership, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting Agile delivery.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsabilidades

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement across nCino and CreditLens.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, operations partners, and vendors to develop solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze end-to-end lending workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Document business processes and solution designs to support product maturity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production readiness activities.
